Preferred: One loss involving no payment, excluding fire, flood or water allowed. Dwellings built in 1946-1956 will require bolting. Dwellings built prior to 1946 will require retrofitting as well. Primary dwellings only, no secondary dwellings.
Standard: One loss excluding fire, flood or water damage is allowed. No bolting or retrofitting guidelines, can write both primary and secondary dwellings.
